Smoked Salmon and Hot Smoked Salmon (Salmon which is smoked and cooked) from Torridon Smokehouse, Shieldaig.
Gravalax from Achiltibuie and Fresh Salmon supplied from Wester Ross Salmon and poached in house.
Accompanied by Dill Sauce from Miniack Castle and oatcakes.
